Shea Morris began her ballet training at Ballet Center of Houston in 2017. She is currently enrolled at the University of St. Thomas where she will earn a degree in Dance under the instruction of Nao Kuzusaki and Jennifer Mabus along with a B.S. in Psychology. She has trained under and performed in the choreographic works of Mike Esperanza from BARE Dance Company, Marlayna Doyle, Jen Passios, Ben Delony, Maria McCain, Shizu Yasuda, Randall Flinn, and others. Her summer training experiences include The Washington Ballet, Institute of Contemporary Dance, and Ad Deum Dance Company. She has been a Houston Repertoire Ballet company member for four years, performing in works such as The Nutcracker, Rodeo, Giselle, Les Sylphide, Riviera, Pressed, Rose Colored-Melodies, and others. Shea hopes to further her dance career by continuing to teach and has aspirations to dance and choreograph professionally.
